Four Steps to a Successful SpiraBrush CX Biopsy

1. Visualize the lesion and stabilize the cervix.	2. Place the brush head directly upon the lesion, then rotate forward and back three times while pressing firmly.
3. Withdraw the brush, and confirm that the brush head is covered with ample bloody mucoid material.	4. Visualize the lesion site and confirm the presence of micropunctate bleeding. Send the sample to the laboratory in medium supplied.
